Search inputs, geo‑location, and usage analytics are retained for up to 24 months for platform improvement and reporting.
2.2 Mechanic Registration Data
Mechanic shop information is retained as long as the shop remains listed on the platform. If a mechanic requests removal, data will be deleted within 30 days.
2.3 CRM Data
CRM records, including form submissions and monthly reports, are retained for 7 years for business and compliance purposes.
